La Serenata 3 is our family's home in Punta Mita, and we look after it the way we'd want a place looked after for us — which is why we remodeled the kitchen and baths in 2023 and why the same trusted housekeeper greets every guest with breakfast each morning. On the ground, day-to-day care is handled by Vallarta Rentals, the villa's licensed local property manager, so there's always a professional team nearby if you need anything.

We personally reply to every booking request — typically within a few hours.

House Rules & Policies

Good to Know

La Serenata 3 is about a 59-minute drive (roughly 42 km / 26 miles) from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR). Private transfers, taxis, and rental cars are all readily available; we're happy to recommend a trusted driver on request.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM (4:00 PM per Airbnb listing). Check-out is by 10:00–11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request — please ask in advance.
Minimum stay requirements vary by season: 3 nights (Low Season), 5 nights (High Season), and 7 nights (Holiday / Peak Season). These are enforced in the booking calendar above.
No pets are allowed at La Serenata 3. This policy is strictly enforced by both the property management and the Punta Mita resort community rules.
Effective January 6, 2026, all guests must pay a one-time per-person resort access fee (paid at arrival to Club Punta Mita):
  • Adults & Teens (13+): USD $50 + 16% VAT + 15% service = ~$67/person
  • Children (5–12): USD $30 + fees = ~$40/person
  • Children under 5: Free
This fee grants access to all beach clubs, golf facilities, fitness center, and resort amenities.
A rental contract must be signed with Vallarta Rentals prior to check-in. The security deposit (equivalent to one night's rate) is fully refundable. A cancellation policy is detailed in your rental agreement — please contact us for specifics before booking. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Day guests beyond the registered guest count must be pre-approved by the property manager. The Punta Mita resort community has strict security and gate protocols. All guests (overnight or day) must be registered in advance.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. Designated outdoor areas may be used. Minimum renter age is 21.
The nightly rate includes: daily housekeeping, daily breakfast preparation by the housekeeper/cook, use of the 6-seat golf cart (onsite security deposit required), all linens and towels, parking for 2 vehicles, and access to resort facilities as outlined by Club Punta Mita. Staff gratuities of 10–15% of the pre-tax total are customary but not included.
Beach club pools stepping down to the Pacific — guests of La Serenata 3 enjoy access to four exclusive beach clubs
